Booking Amount:
A refundable booking amount of 20% of the total project cost is required in advance to secure the booking.

Second Payment:
40% of the total project cost is due on the Fifth day after the Start of the project.

Third Payment:
30% of the total project cost is due on completion of 50% of the project.

Final Payment:
The remaining 10% of the total project cost is due upon the satisfactory completion of all agreed-upon work.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or UPI Transfer . Soon we are available in all payment methods like Credit card , Debit Card Etc.

Late Payment Clause: 

Failure to make payments according to the specified schedule may result in delays in project completion. Creative Home Solution will not be held 

responsible for such delays caused by late payments.

Modification of Terms: 

Any changes or modifications to these payment terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
